We called about our old AC that was no longer running properly. Tech got out to us within the hour. After determining that our 30+ year old AC was no longer worth putting maintenance into, we decided to install a new unit and we had a new AC installed that day within hours of first calling .... My air conditioning unit went out on a condo I own. Tess was very nice and knowledgeable when I explained the issue. She sent the technician out within an hour and kept me informed throughout the process. Also, they never tried to sell additional services like others may try. We will call .... Sweltering heat wave and our AC went out! Luckily Advantage Air Heating & Cooling came out the same day and got the cold air flowing. And our tech showed me what I could do to help keep my AC working and lasting longer. Highly recommend this local hvac company for AC or Furnace.... ... All I could think was oh no it's the day after Thanksgiving and I'm going to be freezing all day due to a major holiday! They offered 24/7 emergency service for no heat and the Tech came out very quickly.  I was so relieved it was only a minor repair and cleaning needed and I was so relived to ....

My furnace went Kaput on the coldest day in Dec. I called 3 places and had Kelly and Steve out the very next day to install after Kelly came that day to confirm my secondary heat exchanger died. They did an awesome job removing the 24 year old unit I had and installing the brand new unit and AC. Kelly walked me through the entire process explaining everything to the T. I felt in great hands, the guys left my place cleaner than they found it and even came back for a quick check up a few days in. So pleased with their knowledge, pricing, customer service and follow up. Will be on their yearly maintenance plan along with a few of my neighbors who have also used them for new furnace installs. Great company to work with, And Tess in the office handles all the paperwork, financing, warranty info and even sent me out the rebate information. Definitely recommend Advantage Air Heating and Cooling!

I got multiple quotes from several HVAC companies for a new furnace. The technician Kelly was great with giving honest recommendations and gave me a very fair price for my new furnace. They were able to come out and install right away and were flexible with dates. Very professional company and will definitely use again in the future!

Excellent HVAC company! Prompt, thorough, detail oriented. Fair pricing. They will be honest with you about what you need and don't, and the value in different choices you can make. Took care of both our A/C and Furnace replacement when the time came for each. Kelly also fixed a mess of 30 year old rusty ductwork. Don't waste your time with inexperienced people who have to come back over and over, get Advantage Air in Lisle to do it right the first time!

I had an excellent experience with Advantage Heating and Cooling. I recently had to buy a HVAC system back in May 2024. Unfortunately, the 22 y/o unit just didn't have the stem to make the house cool. Steve can out to inspect and test the system. At the time of inspection, he was very knowledgeable, and helped me decide on next steps. Ultimately, I chose to purchase a new HVAC. I feel like I was guided on choosing the right unit for my house, and I was not upsold. The pricing was good and better than the bigger companies. When Steve and Kelly came out to install the unit, they were quick, efficient, and professional. They answered all my questions and make me feel at ease on operating the new HVAC system. The best news is the unit worked great during the summer and kept both floors of my house cool. I am sure it will continue to do so. Shoutout to Tess who helped schedule and was very knowledgeable about all equipment. I also appreciated that she the purchasing process and registration of the equipment easy. I would definitely recommends this company and I already have.
