I recently used Cool Heat Cooling & Heating to install a new furnace and air conditioning system in one of my rental units. I initially had a different company come out and give me a quote that I thought was rather high. I decided to explore my options and I found this company, they came out the very next day and gave me a quote that was literally thousands of dollars less. They were so nice and I had no doubts about going with them. They ordered my products and quickly came out to instill them. A few extra parts were needed that were not originally in my quote and they gave these items to me for FREE! I also looked up the brand of furnace they installed and found that it was rather high quality with very good reviews. I was blown away by this company and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of cooling or heating services.

Cool Heat installed a high efficiency AC for us. From quoting to selecting to scheduling, they were responsive, practical, worked flexibly with us, and gave very fair pricing. And the install team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and very courteous. Overall nothing less than a solid 5 star is enough for Cool Heat. I am getting their help on maintenance as well. Highly highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC help!

Very happy about their service of gas furnace annual inspection and cleaning! Called them on Friday two weeks ago. Although the manager said they would prioritize the emergent projects (which was understandable), she would call me if she could squeeze my project into their schedule. And she called me the next morning! Then the technician arrived in an hour and finished the work in half an hour. He also checked up our humidifier and made sure it was not leaking. We really appreciate they responded so promptly!

Highly recommend this service! Our AC was having issues during the heatwave and they prioritized my repair during really high intense heat we were having a couple weeks ago. They definitely provide excellent customer service and strive to always do their best work. Thank you for helping us with our AC issues!
