We contacted Fire 'n' Ice Heating & Cooling to service our furnace that would not fire up. It was late so I used the chat application to schedule for the following day, we were contacted by a Dispatcher first thing in the morning who offered a 3 hour window for a service call the same morning, which we accepted. Later that morning we got a confirmation that "John" was on the way, and he showed up a little bit later. John was great, he went over the system and explained that it could be simply a loose connection or wire in the thermostat that was causing the furnace to not fire up. He looked everything over and made some adjustments and we had heat! After working on the problem he then inspected the furnace and gave us a comprehensive report with images that highlighted potential problems that could affect our older furnace going forward. Based on his report we asked for a quote on a new furnace and AC. We received that quote a short time later from the Installation Manager, Jim. I appreciated the quick response and timely service we received. Both Jim and John discussed the anticipated life cycle of our Carrier Infinity system. We will be replacing it in the near future, I think we have one more season in our current system and eventually we'll be using Fire 'n' Ice to upgrade. We always prefer buying local and we're fortunate to be very close to their location. These guys are Pros! Five Stars all around!

I have been happy with the entire staff at Fire N Ice. After a bad experience with a different company as our very old system was failing, Fire N Ice came in with knowledge and respect. They have been servicing our equipment for 5+ years now and are friendly, helpful, and keep our units running smoothly. We recently required warranty work in the dead of winter which caused us to be without heat for a few days, but they worked hard to get the part as quickly as possible and made sure to schedule the repair same day to get our heat back on. I appreciate the personal service. I would highly recommend this company for your A/C and heating needs.

Super Bowl Sunday, 11 PM, furnace not running, house getting colder by the moment. Weather forecast for snow and to be much colder in the coming days. Called Fire-N-Ice right away and technician called me back within 10 minutes. Technician walked me through troubleshooting process and together we were able to at least reset furnace to work again. But, based on the age of my furnace and the error code, prognosis was not optimistic. Fire-N-Ice was out first thing Monday morning to inspect and diagnose my furnace further. Based on their findings, we all concluded best option was replace. New system was installed first thing Tuesday by two friendly, professional, and expert technicians. Outstanding response by the entire Fire-N-Ice team to my call for emergency help! I highly recommend Fire-N-Ice. Very satisfied with the installation, workmanship, and rapid response.

I purchased an all-electric Carrier Infinity Heat Pump system. I had researched my purchase off-and-on for three years prior to selecting Fire N Ice as the dealer. Jim was up-front with me throughout the process, and consulted with Carrier experts on questions I raised to make sure he gave me the best answers possible. He responded almost instantly to every email and phone call. The installation went very smoothly; the installers, Kevin and Kris, cleaned up thoroughly, inside and outside. It was clear to me that they knew what they were doing. Tim, who handled the delivery, was so cheerful I couldn't help but smile. All in all, I am very happy with the way everything turned out and have been enjoying my new system.
