We have been very pleased with the experience of purchasing a new AC unit from GSHA. We were able to schedule an appointment for a free assessment easily and an agent—Peter--was at our house with in a couple days. This agent explained the options he felt would work well, based on our initial feedback--but never pushed us to purchase anything. Instead, after several of our questions, he promised to send us several options at several price-points so that we could have all the information at hand. We spent the next week doing research and was given helpful responses from Peter as we sorted through our options and narrowed down our candidates. Again, we felt no pressure. We just received timely responses to the questions we asked. This treatment made the process of deciding much less stressful. The installation of our new AC unit happened soon after with no hitches to speak of. The technicians were prompt, friendly, clean, and wore their masks diligently. The job went rather quickly and we had our new unit before the workday was over. We approached GSHA initially because we met with a large, local competitor who tried to use some high-pressure tactics to sell a new unit to us. We are glad we trusted our instincts and sought out better options because this competitor’s offer was a lower-grade unit at an inflated price—in other words, price-gouging at its worst. By choosing GHS, we were able to get ourselves a very good unit (2-stage) at a fair price—the same amount, in fact, that the unscrupulous competitor would have charged us for a far inferior unit. It’s good to know there are decent companies out there who will not try to scam you if given the opportunity. We will be referring our friends to GSHA!
